I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Georgia, and I hold a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Strayer University. Upon graduation, I started my career in education abroad teaching the English language to students of all ages for a year. Once I returned home, I taught middle and high school students science and math for three years at a private school. During that time, I also served as vice-principal of the school. I'm an experienced teacher who is skilled at tutoring pupils from kindergarten to the post-graduate level. My career in tutoring began while I was attending high school and college. I'm adept at tutoring students in a range of subjects that include science, and math. I can also help clients prepare to take standardized entrance exams such as the GRE, ACT, and SAT. As a teacher, I first determine where a student is at academically so I can use this knowledge to create a framework to build upon. This method helps pupils grasp the material effectively. When I'm not helping students perform better academically, I enjoy a number of pastimes. These include mixed martial arts, basketball, football, soccer, playing video games, cooking, and reading.
